We process and ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

If you receive your package damaged or opened, please contact us within the first 24 hours and we will contact our courier company.

• Other countries outside Europe: €18

We cannot control or predict these charges, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
